- JFJulie FreeburnOct 2, 20251.0Do yourself a favor and go to a different USPS location! I dealt with quite possibly the WORST employee, Rick!! I run a small business, and I ship 20-30 packages daily!!! I have never once had an issue at the Lancaster East location!! I had 1 package that I needed to mail, and I was on my way to an appointment and knew I wouldn't make it to my normal post office.....so I stopped along the way at the Intercourse location.....BIG MISTAKE!!! Rick proceeded to argue with me and told me that my postage was invalid....ummmm....excuse me??? I have never had any issues with my postage!!! I had to make a special trip to another location that was open later and was told that the postage was absolutely fine!!!!
- FSFrances SullivanJul 10, 20241.0Stopped by the Post Office in Intercourse, PA at exactly 4:30 PM July 9 to drop a letter off and saw a mail person with an empty container walking towards the outside mailbox. Thinking he was coming to empty the mail box into the container as the last pick is 4:30, I said, can I put this letter in your container and he said yes so I threw the letter in. After I do that he says the “mail is already gone”. So if he had already removed the mail from the mailbox why didn’t he do the courteous thing and say I’ll take your letter and put it with the mail he had already removed or better still why was the pick-up before the stated time of 4:30. Our wonderful USPS at work, no wonder why they are in trouble. Too bad I had to give one star to write the review.
