- MMMatthewMar 12, 20261.0Lacking professionalism and transparency. The male worker (on March 6) needed to be corrected several times as they input details, and they shipped it via USPS without making that clear. Wasted $130 on a time sensitive international document shipment that wasn't close to meeting the estimate. If I wanted USPS, I would've went to the nearby post office, and it would've been much cheaper. Next time I'll travel out to a FedEx shipping center. Edit: A full week later and it still hasn't left the US! Edit2: After nearly 2 weeks, it was available for pickup (because you can't always trust the post office in other countries to actually deliver). This would've been much faster had the worker at this store used UPS Worldwide Express, though there is probably less profit in that!
