To be honest, things were a bit rocky when I first started coming to this Post Office. Looking at prior reviews, it’s clear a lot of people had the same problems I did. Many of us have definitely noticed the change of faces.
But it seems in the last year some things have shuffled around, and my gosh, I give it all 5 stars! The assistance at the counter has been extraordinary.
I hope those who visited before will have a better understanding of the extreme one hundred percent turnaround of customer service at this location. Every time I come in, I receive above and beyond help with explanations, understanding, time, and patience.
Everything is working smoothly as a team. I’m pleased and I look forward to coming to the post office once again.
The machines have been constantly upkept and things are fully in stock. Even on Sundays, the team behind the walls is hustling and bustling to get packages out! It is absolutely extraordinary.
There have been so many post offices I’ve gone to where Sunday is an invisible day and nothing happens. THANK YOU to everyone for your hard work in helping get those packages out every day of the week. Thank you everyone for your exemplary service!

They continue to scan " no access" to mailbox for packages. My mailbox is on my porch and very accessible as indicated in the photo.Have ring video of him passing my house daily. Understanding that the weather has caused many issues, we have gone to office twice to try to pick up our mail and packages ourselves. After they pretend to look for packages, they continue to tell us "there is nothing for us" and "the carrier is not somewhere they can reach him" After leaving the office, I tracked down the carrier and he stated the package is not on his truck- and it is definitely at the office. I would think this a violation of federal law (18 U.S.C.1703) which states that as long as there is clear safe access to mailbox, mail cannot be withheld. The office is rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I have been waiting for my dogs meds since 1-26-26.

Locked the door 4 mins before they closed on Saturday then proceeded to laugh when I tried to open the door. Some of us rely on sending out packages for a living. My customers orders will now arrive late. Especially since Monday is MLK day.

I came in to return two eBay packages (from same seller) that I received return shipping labels for. They originally sent packages via priority but the return label was not priority. I never opened up the packages so they were in the same package as originally sent. The desk person printed the first label and then said I could not use that original packaging because it said priority mail on it (new label wasn’t priority). I had to cover up the writing before they would accept, so I went home and placed blank shipping label stickers over the writing. This was a huge inconvenience for something so minor that could have been done there in matter of seconds. This is why I don’t use USPS anymore (other than return labels sent to me) and refuse to give them anymore of my money. UPS is far superior of a company and so easy to work with from my experience.
EDIT: returned with both packages covered so cannot see any indication it was a “priority mail” package and they still declined because it looked like their packaging. Unbelievable!
