I came in to return two eBay packages (from same seller) that I received return shipping labels for. They originally sent packages via priority but the return label was not priority. I never opened up the packages so they were in the same package as originally sent. The desk person printed the first label and then said I could not use that original packaging because it said priority mail on it (new label wasn’t priority). I had to cover up the writing before they would accept, so I went home and placed blank shipping label stickers over the writing. This was a huge inconvenience for something so minor that could have been done there in matter of seconds. This is why I don’t use USPS anymore (other than return labels sent to me) and refuse to give them anymore of my money. UPS is far superior of a company and so easy to work with from my experience. EDIT: returned with both packages covered so cannot see any indication it was a “priority mail” package and they still declined because it looked like their packaging. Unbelievable!

Have shipped out numerous things from the post office and have had a good experience. But earlier this week I shipped out something that was fragile, bubble wrapped it, packing peanuts, and had news paper around it. Wasn’t worried about the item moving around or even breaking. But the one problem I remember happening is the gentleman Cody(even remembered his name) put the shipping label on the box right next to the fragile sticker, and proceeded to toss my box into the bin. Which I am highly confident broke the item. I am never a person to complain, but this pissed me off.

Absolutely RUDE RUDE RUDE. I came in to find out what happened to my package and the counter person (older woman with dark and grayish hair) was so incredibly irritated…and so rude. I paid $50 plus dollars and have every right to find out what happened to my package. She looked up the wrong package and said it had been delivered…I looked up the tracking number myself, and it was reverted back to New York…not delivered. There were two international packages and she mixed them up. I did try telling her that she was referring to another package. She was visibly angry…why does she work here?!?!? GET A JOB NOT WORKING WITH PEOPLE IF YOU CANT BE PROFESSIONAL.
