- TTTabiJul 2, 20205.0If there was a way to add a zero star, I would. I paid to have them pack up a sewing machine. I also bought $400 worth of insurance. They packed it, shipped it and it arrived (to the woman I sold it to) broken. They will not refund my money. Jeff and the manager there, kept telling me that UPS International will not honor the claim. When I called International. They said there was not even a case opened. I opened it myself by phone. It has been 5 months now. I am out $325 for the machine and $122 for shipping and insurance. My broken machine is still sitting there while they supposedly are fighting UPS. My guess? They are just waiting for me to give up! I'm trying to deal with UPS International myself. Either way, do not trust The UPS STore. They do not honor claims. UPDATE: Change my review to 5 Star. Jeff came through and refunded ALL my money. I apologized to the manager, Chris. I was rude to her on my last encounter. I took my frustrations out on her. Humiliated her in front of people, embarrassed my self and in front of my grand daughter. She was mortified. Chris did not deserve that. So I apologize publicly. Thank you Jeff for honoring the claim. Blessings to you and your business! I am satisfied. and Thankful.
- BWBrian WissingerJun 4, 20191.0Store nickle and dimes for everything. Had a package drop shipped for a client and was charged $5 for them to hand it to me. Make sure you have your packages taped, used to be $1 to tape them up. Its also a $1 to drop off anything that isn't UPS even though both FedEx and USPS stop there on the regular.
