  The cashier walked away from the register and left a line of 5 people standing there didn't say a word. Trash cans and overflow causing trip hazards on the sidewalk.

  The only reason this gets two stars is because their phone prompts were quick and easy to get through. I called this morning as I have important documents that need printed for my maternity leave ASAP. I just wanted to make sure that my husband could pick them up on my behalf incase I cannot be there. I never even finished my question and they hung up on me. I don't know if I just have a telemarketers voice.... But I'm sure somewhere else in Indiana can get a document printed for me and answer a single simple question.

  I just got charged $10.76 (plus tax) to get 12 copies of a one-page Christmas letter made. Stay away from this place!

  Usually a pretty quiet store with friendly and well versed staff who will take time to answer questions or help you find things. The prices for some items (like copying fees) are a bit high, but that is not controlled by the staff. Overall, the Staples seems like an underutilized resource in our community - more folks should shop here. (The four stars - instead of five- is more about the prices. The staff, location, and ability to get or order what you need has been excellent.)
