I have seen people be rude to them and they maintained their composure. I wanted to add a good review because I’m sure many like me have had positive experiences here, but we don’t always remember to leave good reviews. Thanks to the dedicated Huntingdon Valley PO workers!!!

- KKKeleesi128Jun 22, 20251.0Several times in the past month I have been waiting on packages that are being delivered out of this location. The status for the package says "We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at (time) on (date) in HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA 19006. We will redeliver on the next delivery day." This is not true. I was literally sitting outside when the notification came that the delivery driver "Attempted" to deliver. Nobody "Attempted". Never once did a USPS or any other delivery driver even enter the parking lot. I cant help but assume the driver was being lazy and lied. This has happened at least 3 times in 3 weeks. As for the current missing package, it has now been well over 48 hours and nobody has attempted re-delivery. And as of 1am this morning, it was sent back to the Philly distribution center. When this exact same issue happened a week ago with a different package, the package ended up going back to a New Jersey distribution center and it was 4 more days before I received it. I'm so angry. It was an item promised to be delivered within 24 hours of ordering, but instead it is now day 4, and nothing. Somebody is not doing their job, lying and saying they "are" doing it, and not being held accountable.

It’s disheartening to rush to the post office after working an 8-hr day and arriving well before 5pm only to realize that they closed early.
