Instructions to Amazon were to put it on my front porch since my house is a summer cottage with no mailbox and the person delivering the mail put my item in a someone's mail box instead of on my front porch.

I had my label wrong and instead of helping me and telling what I did wrong and how to fix it he just said he couldn't help me. He made me feel like I should be a expert with shipping even though I'm not. I will never ever go here again unless the clerk is gone.
