- DSDeborah SchmotzerFeb 18, 20261.0the driver that delivers to my address must be lazy or does not care. i have had so many packages smashed, opened or not delivered. when i have a package that need to be delivered to the house because it doesn't fit in the mailbox they just leave it on top of the mailbox for all to see. i wish other services would stop using them as their hand off.
- GSGreg StarkApr 3, 20252.0Carriers need better training! We have a community mailbox. I can’t tell you how many times my neighbor brought my mail over to me and vice versa. The key in my box did not open any of the boxes. I randomly tried each box that had keys hanging out, I found my package! Not sure if put there by a neighbor and they stuck it back in or was it the carrier? either way did not receive the correct key to retrieve my package or over my package was there for anyone to take! 🤨
