I have considered asking them to hold the package at the facility but it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being over their endless use of a confused AI bot. Not sure where my package is, how/where to find it, or if i will ever see the contents. Wouldn't be surprised if this entire facility was vacant lmao.

Now, today Dec 17th the package was out for delivery again and suppose to be here between 12pm-4pm. It is now 4:40pm and it's saying by the end of the day. It is an important package im waiting on. Not happy with FedEx at the moment. Update. Now my package was delayed yesterday. Today, it's supposed to be delivered today between 11:30am-3:20pm.

I asked if he could put it on the neighbor's porch and I would contact her, he said yes, I thanked him for taking the time and calling from (HIS) cell phone. My neighbor kept texting me and telling me no delivery. MONDAY morning found tip of my package completely covered in snow in plastic behind mailbox. I called cell phone number, he said it wasn't me, wasn't on my truck and told me he was on a different route, then hung up. I tried contacting FedEx, that's a joke to!! So if the boss sees this from Greensburg area , please get in touch with me.
