- MPMichael PriceJan 19, 20261.0Time after time we don’t receive our mail. With the reason being that the post lady didn’t have access to to our community mail box. We live in a townhouse and along the road there are several mailboxes. Signs for no parking are in front of the boxes and along the street there are parking lines for the residents to park. Over 30 ft. I measured. No one parks in front. This past summer she said she was stung by a bee and didn’t deliver for a week. No mail. I went to the office and the staff said the e had many complaints. Spoke with the manager to be told if she can’t reach the box she can’t get out of her vehicle. There’s plenty of space and she can’t drive. Once the mail isn’t delivered they let it sit at the PO and don’t try agai, when they deliver the new mail. USPS is a government joke and should go away.

They truly make every visit a pleasant experience. 😊 I never dread coming to this post office, which says a lot. If I ever move out of the Hershey/Hummelstown area, I’ll genuinely miss coming here. Great service and great people!
