- SBSuzanne BellezzaSep 11, 20251.0I wish I could give less than a 1. The employee that helped me, Latia, was extremely rude and condescending. When she asked if my package contained a lithium battery, I said I didn't know. She said "Well we can't ship it if you don't know. You should know what's in your package. " She made me open my sealed box and look at the electronic device inside to try and figure out if it has a lithium battery. I told her I didn't know what I was looking at, and she said "Well, I would know either, it's not mine. " We almost got in an argument right then and there. So incredibly rude. She definitely didn't seem to value customer service at all!

The black woman working told us they'd "try to squeeze us in" when the lobby was empty. She is consistently rude and is most of the Horsham USPS staff. But I hope she has the day she deserves.
