- DDDeeDec 11, 20251.0Consistently poor service and lack of competence at Horsham Post Office. It is astounding how a basic public service can operate with such a lack of professionalism. I have encountered multiple staff members who are dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, quite rude. The "rate this transaction" feature at checkout is a joke. They rate themselves before you can. Avoid this PO if at all possible.

When she asked if my package contained a lithium battery, I said I didn't know. She said "Well we can't ship it if you don't know. You should know what's in your package. " She made me open my sealed box and look at the electronic device inside to try and figure out if it has a lithium battery. I told her I didn't know what I was looking at, and she said "Well, I would know either, it's not mine. " We almost got in an argument right then and there. So incredibly rude. She definitely didn't seem to value customer service at all!
