I’ve shipped things out on several occasions, purchased stamps, gotten deliveries and never had an issue. Everyone has always been friendly when I’ve gone in. It can get cramped when there’s a several people because it’s small, but I’ve never had to wait long to get assistance.

I had packages delivered to a parcel and the keys did not work called 3 days straight and was told it would be delivered to my house and still hadn’t been done filed a complaint and they closed the case stated they delivered it and took the messed up key and left the packages in the mailbox that still can’t get opened. Of course they won’t have issue with the mailbox thru have a master key we don’t. Not to mention my son who has a disability has prescriptions that are sitting in that mailbox.
