- SSsarah2 days ago1.0You wait in line while the lady behind the counter does nothing but say he will be up. Then you he he comes up he says he can’t help you. This post office is absolutely ridiculous. Get it together. Do better.
- MWMelanie WilliamsMar 12, 20261.0I have been experiencing serious mail delivery issues with this post office since October 2025, and the situation has still not been resolved. I am a business owner and rely on my mail for important documents and product shipments, yet I have not been receiving my mail consistently for months. During the 2025 Christmas season, the problem became even worse. I had to physically drive to the post office almost every single day just to retrieve packages that should have been delivered to my home. On top of that, several Christmas gifts sent to me for family and friends were returned to the sender by employees without my authorization, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Whenever I tried to get help in person, I was repeatedly told to come back another time to speak with a manager or to call the post office, but no real solutions were ever provided. I even moved and updated my mailing address after moving in with my fiancé, hoping that would fix the issue, but the problem continues. Now neither of us are receiving important mail, including bills and business-related correspondence for our businesses. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Reliable mail delivery is a basic expectation, and the ongoing negligence here has been inconvenient and detrimental to our businesses and personal lives. Someone needs to take responsibility and fix this issue immediately.

- CFCarrie FloreyJan 28, 20261.0I’ve tried to go into this post office two days in a row and each day they were closed early. The first day I went in at 4 (on their door it says full service is available until 4:30) and the place was locked and dark. So I figured I would come in earlier today despite needing to leave work early. I came in and the inner door was locked again but people were inside. A staff member came out and told myself and another individual she was closing at 3 (it was 2:55). Interesting that the staff member said “I am closing at 3”. Do they decide when they want to close? Why bother having hours posted anywhere if the staff decides not to follow them? It’s just frustrating. I’d rather possibly pay more to send something through UPS or fedex just to have some reliability. Disappointing and frustrating.
