Even with the two women talking, she never looked up from her phone until I asked if she was open. No peripheral or spacial awareness.

She managed to get good passport photos of our 3 year old who was refusing to sit in the chair or have his photo taken. Highly recommend this location if you need to renew or get new passports for your kids.
