I’ve tried to go into this post office two days in a row and each day they were closed early. The first day I went in at 4 (on their door it says full service is available until 4:30) and the place was locked and dark. So I figured I would come in earlier today despite needing to leave work early. I came in and the inner door was locked again but people were inside. A staff member came out and told myself and another individual she was closing at 3 (it was 2:55). Interesting that the staff member said “I am closing at 3”. Do they decide when they want to close? Why bother having hours posted anywhere if the staff decides not to follow them? It’s just frustrating. I’d rather possibly pay more to send something through UPS or fedex just to have some reliability. Disappointing and frustrating.

Just playing on her phone while I waited. Another customer was already inside prepping, but another person came in after me and spoke with the other customer. Even with the two women talking, she never looked up from her phone until I asked if she was open. No peripheral or spacial awareness.

I did not know one could have a pleasant experience getting passports especially with kids. Alti was so amazing. It was not stressful at all. She managed to get good passport photos of our 3 year old who was refusing to sit in the chair or have his photo taken. Highly recommend this location if you need to renew or get new passports for your kids.
