Typically the customer service that I have received from the office has been what should be expected. It is our current mail carrier (previous one was awesome and would go above and beyond). He will mark packages as "undeliverable" or "attempt made" prior to 10AM. His typical delivery time on weekdays is between noon-2PM. We are not the only ones on this route that he 'avoids'. The mail used to be delivered practically anywhere. Now it's delivered practically nowhere. High five. (Insert sarcasm here)

People that get my packages instead of me always keep them instead of returning. What is wrong with people? Thanks to the postal service to get it straightened out and finally after 15 yrs we have the most wonderful woman mail delivery. They have been great!! Hope something changes as our address is almost the same but the rd is completely different.
