- JLJ LOct 1, 20251.0No one ever answers the phone and our mailman regularly throws our packages on the ground, regardless of the weather and right along the edge of the road. This is a recurring problem in our area and numerous complaints by have been filed by my neighbors, but yet nothing has changed. Terrible service.

If you can't tell which address is get out of that line of work. Also they said they couldn't drop off my package "due to obstacles" no you were being lazy. I have 0 obstacles... I live in a row home with nothing on my porch. You are just lazy and pathetic and don't wanna do your job. Grow up

The USPS has become so incompetent that they should close every single office throughout the US! Get Amazon to deliver our mail, I guarantee that it won’t take anywhere near as long to get a package and at least we wouldn’t have to pay a government pension for all of their employees.

Mail and package being lost. Went to the post office and spoke to post master by the name of James Moore and didn't write a report. Went back to talk to him of mail I didn't receive, and he didn't even want to come and talk to me. Refuse to come out to listen to my complain. They don't care what happened to your mail. This need to be resolved.

We've lost Christmas gifts that we're stolen after being delivered to the wrong house. They used to rubberband packages to the mail box door until they broke it off. Then they gave me a violation notice because the mail box had no door!! Today I tracked an eBay package that they have apparently been holding for 5 days. I received no notice that they had a delivery for me (not the first time for that either). I can never reach their office by phone, just an annoying recording. Some competent and nice people work there, but there are numbskulls, too.
