It was a large, heavy box (a high chair from our baby registry that we got a duplicate of). I am 24 weeks pregnant and when I went into the store, there were three employees that just stared at me and didn't help with the door at all. The front is glass so they definitely saw me coming. I greeted them saying "hello" with a smile and no one answered me. The front desk person asked me if I had the QR code, rushing me as soon as I put the package down. I said "I'm finding it." I did get a "have a nice day" very low as I received my recipt but overall this was a horrible experience and I won't ever be coming back. I will also go out of my way to use any other company than UPS for this one interaction. Train your people basic decency and customer service.
