- MMMery MMar 22, 20261.0I came today 3/22/26 around 1230pm to drop off some returns from Amazon and the store was closed. Google maps said the store was open. The sign shows open Sundays 10am-3pm I was disappointed because I paid for a Lyft ride to get there.
- JGJose GarciaMar 22, 20261.0It’s 10:25 AM on a Sunday and this store is supposed to open at 10. I drove about 30 minutes to get here because this is the only reliable option around, and the place is completely closed with no explanation at all. There have already been over 10 customers come and leave. People keep pulling into the parking lot, walking up to the door, trying to get in, and then leaving frustrated. There were even people standing outside waiting at one point. This is a complete waste of everyone’s time. If you are not going to open when you say you do, at least communicate it. Put a sign on the door or update your hours. Right now it just looks unprofessional and unreliable. This is exactly how businesses lose customers. Something this simple should not be this hard.
