- EFEmily FlaimDec 12, 20251.0I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally and so rude by anyone in my life. The women on the phone talked to me in such a disrespectful way. She continuously interrupted and wouldn't allow me to speak. She told me that I deserved to be talked to in this way because my package was sent to the wrong post office by the carrier. I hope and pray that I never need to work with this post office again.
- BBBlankDec 8, 20255.0I must say their service, is rather excellent for being a main hub post office. You have to give in to Factor that Hazleton PA is overcrowded now. And for the limited staff that they have I must say they do an excellent job. The lines are rather long, but again that is not their fault. As a local business owner, and consumer I can see why some people gave a low rating. However, I think it is justified based on hazleton's population.

The post master can not, will not, train employees to process international mail shipments. My complaint is months old and again for the last 2 days can not get a package sent from Harligh Post. Regular worker not on duty. Floating field staff refuse to process international and agree that Postmaster Noga is no help to support their professional development. Ms Noga. Get grow some responsibility and train staff! The worker today told me she had asked you since our last interaction. Why cant you do your part to support your staff? Maybe you need to be trained yes?
- DLDianne LizzioSep 9, 20251.0I left a note in an envelope in the mailbox for a future tenant as he was traveling by plane as I couldn't be there and I watched a video of the mailman taking the envelope out of the mailbox and throwing it on the ground. UNACCEPTABLE! When I try to contact the post office to ask how to rectify the situation, the phone rings endlessly and then hangs up at 7:30 - 9:00 am but later on in the day it is constantly busy. Seems no one wants to work or simply hates their job. Shame.
