- WHwendy holguin6 days ago1.0terrible management !!!!! the carrier illegally defaced my mailbox by removing my handmade poster with my families names on it and was told its normal protocol . THIS IS ILLEGAL .

- GMGualesca Medina6 days ago1.0I have not received my mail in over three months due to what appears to be ongoing mismanagement by the carriers assigned to my area. I was told by Katherine(GM) that the issue would be resolved, but months later, the problem still has not been fixed. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Mail service is a basic and essential function, and customers should not have to repeatedly follow up just to receive what they’re entitled to. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and follow-through.
- JJjessicaFeb 12, 20261.0avoid this post office if you can!!! i don’t even live anywhere CLOSE to the area or better yet in the same damn STATE but somehow my package got delivered here and i received a notification that my package was delivered and picked up from someone at this post office!!! with my uncommon name on the package!!!!!!! with a note stating to send the package back to florida where i am. how nice. after reading the reviews it appears someone has stolen my package. how is that even legal to pick a package up with someone else’s name written right on it and a different state?! i’m beyond furious.
