I have lived many places. Never had worse experiences with my mail than through Hawley. Our mail carrier wont drive down my driveway to deliver anything. Instead they shove huge packages into the mailbox and end up crushing and destroying my packages and mail to the point I have to cut/dismantle the packages to get them out. And when something is too large to stuff into my mailbox, you think they would deliver it to my front porch a short drive down the driveway? No... they mark it as "customer requested alternative pickup" and I have to go to the post office to get it, I work 6-7 days a week during their business hours. You think they answer their phones? Nope. Seriously a joke. Its too bad I cant do business with White Mills. They are always so pleasant. I hope USPS gets privatized. Been dealing with this for 2 years now.

Say I hade 3 packages deliverd, Nothing at house, No slip in mailbox, no slip on door. Go to post office wont let me pickup packages even though I have proof of the order. House is a rental in an LLC and wont match my id which is my primary house. Already filled out paperwork prior that I am owner they said this wouldnt happen . Wont give me my packages even though I have 3 ways to prove they are mine, but becuase my id wont mattch the delivery address and they didnt lave a slip which wasn't my fault. Extremely rude and rediculous. They can keep the packages ill just go to home depot and buy the supplies
