He was rude. I know we all have bad days but that doesn’t mean you get to speak to customers any kind of way. Other than that, I was able to return my packages with no problems at all.

Didn’t greet me even though I said “Hello” he just took my package, printed a slip, and handed it to me with a nasty look on his face. He never said a word to me during or after the transaction. If you’re having a bad day, please stay home! You’re working in customer service.
