I had four returns going through UPS and it would require him to scan a label four different times. By the third item, he huffs and puffs then asks me, “why do I have to return them here? You can’t return this to the store?” Well, no because this was bought online and if I wanted to go to the Amazon store, I would be there but Staples was more convenient at the time! It was during the evening and he seemed to be in the middle of a printing job before he started processing my return and he took his frustration out on me. But since then, he’s always had this nasty tone like he doesn’t want to be there and that’s when they started taking Amazon returns at the front of the store. It’s the guy who’s always working back there with the crooked box cut who has an attitude. Stopped coming here to drop off my Amazon returns because of his nasty attitude, like bro if you hate your job, get another one. Don’t take it out on me.
