- MLMichael LaBateApr 26, 20265.0Its not often your in the presents of a real pro. But today was my luck day. Not only did he get to the store early, open up on time but a line of customers were already forming and i was one of them. I said to myself no way is this kid gonna pull this. And i was ready to see the sparks fly. And the amazing thing about it most of us needed different services some not realated at all to shipping. Anyway the short of it is this guy pull it off not with just sheer know how and ability but with exceptional customer service. Everybody got what they wanted. I had to tell him so as i was paying for my copy service that what he just did in 20 minutes was amazing. I think his name is Noah. He has been there for a few years honning his skills and he was there sunday morning 4/26 demonstrating them. Wow!

Store is great place to visit for shopping and Notary . Everything went well as expected for Notary. Store is very clean and well organized and has positive vibe

Despite having the written information in front of her, the person entering the shipping information reversed the 'to' and 'from' destinations. So I wound up paying to ship the package from the ups store in Hatfield...to my house in Hatfield. Didn't realize what had happened until I got an email from UPS letting me know when my package will be delivered to my house. Update: The store followed up, acknowledged the mixup and refunded the shipping cost. It's nice to see a vendor with integrity.
