- MSM SFeb 21, 20261.0Stood in line yesterday along with several others for over 10 minutes while the staff was in the back cracking jokes, talking about their girlfriend. Someone came out to look at us, doesn’t say hello or we’ll be right with you, nothing, just walks away and then it got dead quiet. While again, about 7 people in the waiting area waiting to be helped. Ended up leaving, don’t have time to wait while they cut it up in the back.

- GGG GordonJan 31, 20261.0I'm 57 years old, and hatfield post office is by far the worst have ever dealt with. And I've lived all over the state. As of today we haven't got pickup or delivery for a full week now. Over the years I've received other people's mail almost weekly, I've found mail lying on the grass between my neighbors and my house. Absolutely no consistency on delivery times, or carriers. The post master who I've spoken to quite a few times over the years doesn't care at all. I've filed a complaint with the regional post master and nothing came from it. When you call the direct number to hatfield, no one ever answers. Just pathetic!!! Clearly a necessary evil for all of us, but they simply don't care. Anybody remember their mantra? "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds"! Unless you live in Hatfield. Btw.... one star is entirely too high of a rating.

The clerks reach over the counter when the kiosks prompt you for review of your transaction, and enter a positive review for themselves. Unbelievable but true.
