  Items inside package got stolen(only box left) when I go for a pick up. I know I shouldn’t complain about the store. But it must be stolen by the UPS employee during the process. So I still blame on the UPS. And that’s why it’s a one star. This is a follow-up to my original review and the UPS store response. I ordered two brand-new phones in two separate shipments, both delivered by UPS and routed to a UPS Store / UPS Access Point for pickup. Both packages were stolen during the delivery process before I ever picked them up — only empty boxes were received. I understand that the store employees may not be directly responsible. However, the theft clearly occurred somewhere within the UPS delivery chain, and the UPS Store / Access Point is part of that chain. I contacted UPS customer service five times and filed police reports twice. Despite this, nothing has been resolved and no accountability has been taken. Because this happened twice under the same circumstances, and because UPS has failed to investigate or provide answers, I can no longer trust UPS deliveries routed through UPS Stores or Access Points. For these reasons, UPS — including its stores — remains suspicious to me, and this location will remain a 1-star review until the theft is properly investigated and addressed.

  On South York Road in Hatboro, north of Mooreland Ave, and five 5) store fronts south of Produce Junction is the UPS Store and County Line Pharmacy rolled into one. They provide all the services expected of a UPS store. There’s mailboxes located in the store, with printers. They accept Comcast, Peco, Ace PGW bill payments, sell money orders, PA lottery tickets and 99 cent greeting cards. There’s metered parking in front- an hour for a quarter, and parking in the rear of the store. The staff is friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional. “Prompt, Curious Service” is what’s stated on the store’s window front. At this UPS Store location, that’s exceeded.
