- JTJasmine TeaApr 1, 20265.0I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 40 years and it’s consistently reliable. We all know that a trip to the post office can sometimes feel like one more thing to do, but the staff here makes the process much smoother than expected. They are all very friendly and remind us that we still live in a “bedroom community” where people know and care about each other! The wait times are manageable, even during the mid-day rush. What I appreciate most is the efficiency of the staff; they know their stuff and don't mind answering questions about shipping rates or the best way to pack a fragile item. It’s those small interactions that make it feel like a true part of the community rather than just a government building. The facility itself is clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of stamps boxes, and envelopes. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, so I’d recommend hitting it early in the morning if you’re in a hurry. Overall, it’s a solid, dependable branch with a hardworking crew. If you need to get a package out the door without a hitch, this is the spot to do it.

- JSJason SnyderApr 13, 20205.0Even though we moved to Jeannette, we still exclusively use the Harrison City post-office. As far as I'm concerned it's the best one around. I have to mail a lot of CDs and tapes from time to time for my music projects and have used this location to do so since 2014. Was in there today for registered letters for bills and packages and got great friendly service, was in and out in under 5 minutes and as always we will continue to come back to this one to do our mail because I've had several bad experiences with the other USPS locations around this area.
