- BGBrandi GloverApr 2, 20261.0Every single time I need this Post Office, they fail me. The last three times I came there, they closed hours before closing time. The hours clearly say they close at 5:30pm and they are closing at 2pm,and 3:30 pm! It's such an inconvenience. I don't even want to use that Post Office anymore. Myself, along with other customers were turned away at the door. They were just as upset as I was.

The tracking has not updated, and I have not received any clear information about what happened to my package. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution. I would appreciate immediate assistance in locating my package or issuing a refund if it is officially lost.
