  Do not bring your amazon return here! They do not ship out returns regularly and you have to wait longer than you expected for refund/credit. Use Kohl's if posible, they regularly ship out items brought in and you will see your return/credit much faster. Edit: Also the girl never gave me a recipt. Now I am worried the package will not make it back to Amazon. It is about $150 return. MAKE SURE YOUR GET A RETURN RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING! I will update review if it makes it or not.

  I like staples the guy in the printing department was great he had on a Aztec print hoodie I loved. But he knew his job and was happy to help and great personality and he deserves a raise. He is patient and willing to help all customers no matter how busy he is acknowledging everyone is great customer service and he has integrity you need to keep him. He did a great job

  I went in to get a coil spiral binding for a Calendar I made my friend for Christmas. The calendar was already printed and trimmed. All I needed was holes punched and a binding put through 12 sheets of paper. The employee told me it would be TWENTY DOLLARS. I couldn’t believe it. I ended up just buying a handheld machine to do it myself from Amazon for $25. They even sell professional grade ones for like $60. People wonder why everyone stopped shopping at stores and started buying things on Amazon these days. This is why. To be clear, the employee was friendly, apologetic, and understanding. This is not an issue with her. This is a Staples issue. Shame on you for making things unaffordable. It will be your company’s downfall.
