We had ordered a couple of cases of energy drinks. We were supposed to get 4, but we only got 2 looking at the packages. Some of the tabs are been removed as well as the plastic was tanfort. Was. We have pictures of this at this point in time. I can say something is going on there in the way of theft. I'm not sure who to contact about this, but it's really disappointing. As trying to file a complaint or anything else like that. It seems you go in circle after circle after circle without no resolution. The problem is in my book is that there is no resolution in sight for this situation. That is happening with the tampering of a package. Not only did the products get stolen, but the other products been tampered with, so that's a lot of money that we have lost due to the purchase of gnc energy drinks. With this type of experience, I am going to be ordering from amazon.com. As Amazon, when I receive my packages from them, it's in a fast manner. Tracking is available and up-to-date and if I have any questions, their customer service is always there to answer my questions. This is the first time I've ever had a problem with the Post Office, and it seems that it was. Placed in Harrisburg, in transit, we filed a lost package. Then all of a sudden, they found it and when they sent it to us, you could tell just by looking at the box itself. That was already open and tampered, and somebody resealed it with a label. If I could make It where I could have Amazon, deliver. Hey, everything to me. I would, as the u s postal office in harrisburg is not reliable and not cooperative in the situations of lost or damaged packages

I just said im here to pick up my package, he replied “how am i supposed to know your package?”. Dude, just ask for my address. How am i as your customer supposed to know what you need without being prompted?? I wish i could give zero, even 1 is a lot for him. I think he is in the wrong job.. good luck to him.

Continuously receiving the wrong mail at my house, and today, waiting for gifts to arrive for family members, the postal carrier marks the package as delivered in the mailbox but it’s no where to be see! Checked security cameras, see her drive to the mailbox and then drive away. Thanks for ruining the holidays USPS. Maybe you should use some of the so much needed revenue to train your employees how to read!
