The Harrisburg PA Package Sorting Center is a joke my package was scanned on January 27, 2026 and since then it's no where to be found. I guess they have thieves working there because almost every review I see from different people everybody is having the same issue. My suggestion is to get local news involved to see if they get to the bottom of the problems at this sorting center.

Well a package I dropped off here has been squatting for a solid 3 days now. Printed label at kiosk and handed directly to a woman behind the counter. At the post office I usually go to the employee scans the package when I hand it to them and it’s out the door same day or following morning at the latest.

I took off work early and took my family to apply for my kid's passports during walk in hours. When we got there the passport office was closed and I was told they closed early because they were short staffed. Don't waste your time coming here. It's worth it to drive farther to a post office that's better managed.

HORRIBLE!! AVOIDE THIS LOCATION!!! My packages are always held up here and over a week late getting to me. Once my packages leave the original post office I dont get any updates, just "in transit". This is hurting my business! As is, I have a customer who has been waiting for their product for over 2 months now. They are frustrated and I am getting pissed off. I try to run a honest buisness but this Location is destroying my reputation. Of course I can't get any kind of help as no one will answer phones or the automated line goes in circles. This is NOT the first time. Someone needs to do some serious investigating at this location and find out what the issue is. Update: I have ANOTHER package lost at this plant. This time I DO have a case worker from my local post office trying to track down my package. The PA office keeps giving her excuses. "Oh, it's somewhere in the plant. We don't know where."
