HORRIBLE!! AVOIDE THIS LOCATION!!! My packages are always held up here and over a week late getting to me. Once my packages leave the original post office I dont get any updates, just "in transit". This is hurting my business! As is, I have a customer who has been waiting for their product for over 2 months now. They are frustrated and I am getting pissed off. I try to run a honest buisness but this Location is destroying my reputation. Of course I can't get any kind of help as no one will answer phones or the automated line goes in circles. This is NOT the first time. Someone needs to do some serious investigating at this location and find out what the issue is. Update: I have ANOTHER package lost at this plant. This time I DO have a case worker from my local post office trying to track down my package. The PA office keeps giving her excuses. "Oh, it's somewhere in the plant. We don't know where."

The female employee with brown braids who was seated at the first window was extremely rude and unprofessional. Fortunately, the gentleman seated next to her demonstrated excellent customer service. He apologized for her behavior and was courteous and helpful throughout the interaction. He is always a pleasure to do business with. I felt it was important to submit this, as professionalism and respectful communication are essential when interacting with customers.

Do not go there for passport service. Rude staff. Extremely rude. Staff do not know the fees at all. I came in with correct fees, as printed from the US Dept of State website, and the clerk did not even look at them and requested new fees. Charged everything upfront and THEN asks whether we wanted it expedited. That was the whole point of our initial check amount!!! And then to say they already charged us (without authorization) so we can't take our forms back to go somewhere else. To add to that, the clerk was visibly upset about our BABY who wasn't able to sit still for the picture she claimed we had to retake and ended up not using that photo but using the one we brought in AND to still charge us for that. Since she had charged everything already up front. Never would go back for any type of service. Very upsetting experience.

There's a friendly worker at the bulk mail department, willing to help unload your mail trays.
