Instead, the line was slow because there was a bald w hite guy with a beard and tattoos who barely worked talking to his friend and only one old cranky b lack woman at the counter who's clearly worked there too long and wasn't helpful. There weren't even that many people showing up. Nobody else wants to work during the holidays but that still shouldn't be an excuse for the poor service this post office provided.
