I have completely stopped utilizing UPS stores and only use the post office or FedEx only. Everyone who works at this store is super un-knowledgable, it always takes 2 to 3 people behind the counter to to get a question answered because they don't speak English. And the one thing I always loved before these new people started ruining this facility was I could take my Styrofoam there to be reused. Recently I took my bubble wrap and Styrofoam to be recycled/reused. It took 3 people to understand what i was asking "if they could take it" until finally the person in charge snickered as if recycling/reusing these items was completely beneath him/ then. I won't be back, ever

I wish ups would only update tracking once they have physical possession of it. Again not for this store and if the manager can lead me to a more complaint issue here, please let me know and I’ll remove review.
