I would have given Staples a 5 stars except that they advertised a 60% off deal on photo gifts (coupon code 99151) with an expiration date of 12/20/25. When I tried to use this coupon on 12/19/25, the system stated that it was expired. This is a terrible thing to do to people during the holiday season when our lives are busy enough especial during the holiday season.

When a clerk showed up, he avoided eye contact and I couldn’t tell if he was unable to help me because he was busy with another task or if he just didn’t notice me. After another 5 minutes I walked up and finally got served. Just some eye contact and an indication that I’m welcome to come up would have been nice.
