I got what I ordered, it cost more than they said it would but not a big deal, but it came too LATE— After the party. The guy helping me, acknowledged that it was promised before the party and that it came after the party but didn’t seem to care after that. So I am out the money AND had to scramble last minute for 50 party gifts AND now i have 50 extra gifts. I won’t be using Marco is they don’t care about their service.

It started with them sending me proofs that weren’t what I ordered and insisting that it was. Took several emails for them to fix it. I hadn’t realized it, but they didn’t charge me the correct amount and waited until weeks after I received my order to start hounding me to pay the extra money, even though they admitted it was their mistake. Doesn’t seem like something I should have to pay for. For weeks I’ve been trying to get answers because they sent me a third party payment link I’ve never seen before. I asked if they could charge the card on file and they refused to answer my question, just kept sending me this third party link. And then they’re going to email me being like this is your final warning. Before what? I don’t think I should have to pay to fix your mistake, but I am trying to do my part and nobody even wants to answer my question. Plus I get a different person mailing me every time. Never ordering with them again, horrible communication start to end and making me feel like all these mistakes are my fault.

Our catalog/web site includes many products specifically researched and designed to help you look your best at your next meeting or promotion. What is the overrun/underrun policy for custom printed products?
MARCO makes every attempt to ship exact quantities. Due to our post-production quality control efforts and the high speed of the custom production process, there is the potential for up to 10% over/under runs. Over/under runs for plastic bags may vary from 10% - 25%. Any adjustments necessary will be made once your order has shipped.
What are my options for paying for my order?

What is your production time for custom printed products?
Production time refers to the time it will take us to custom produce the items for you. Weekends and legal holidays are not included in the calculation of the production time. Please note, that the production time starts when we receive your signed proof of the artwork. Days of production listed on the site are for 1 color and 1 location. We will contact you for multi-color/location orders. Time required for shipping is not included in the production time.
What are your Quick Ship and 24-Hour rush items?
Most of our promotional products can ship in 10 days or less. Quick Ship items can be shipped even faster. Please contact us first so we can confirm product availability for larger orders. Production times for individual products are noted in the item detail sections throughout this website.
Hundreds of best selling custom imprinted items are available with a 24 Hour priority production process option. Most '24-Hour' items can ship the next business day, for no additional charge, with final order and art approval received by 3 PM EST (times vary per product). Actual delivery times depend upon final destination location and preferred shipping methods. What are your return and canellation policies?
MARCO is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality Promo Products and Customer Service! If your order arrives differently from what you approved, please contact your Sales Representative immediately.
We want to ensure your satisfaction... guaranteed! A restocking fee may apply. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, please contact us for a return authorization number. Please understand that all printed products are customized based on your specifications and once manufactured are not subject to cancellation or reduction.
Do you charge sales tax?
At this time we collect sales tax for the following states based upon shipping location: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, & WI.
If you are tax exempt in one of these states please fax a copy of your sales tax exemption form to 1.800.232.1121 or Accounting@MarcoPromos.com and sales tax will be removed from your order. All other states, if there is tax due on your purchase, it must be remitted directly to your state.
What is your sample policy?
We are pleased to provide free samples to businesses and professional organizations large and small. By sampling our products, such as promotional pens, advertising gifts and convention bags, you eliminate any concerns about quality, color and size.
About 98% of our products are available to ship to you without charge to locations within the Continental United States. The other 2% are products, that quite frankly, are too expensive for us to give away free. But, you can examine these items before you buy! If you provide us with a credit card we will ship the item (s) to you immediately and charge your card. Your card will be credited the amount of your sample (s) if you place an order or return the items within 30 days.
In order to keep our prices low, we would like to keep your sample choices to approximately 5 (if you need 6 or 7...that's ok too 😀).
If you reside outside of the Continental United States, we do ask for a UPS or FedEx International Shipper account number to ensure that all applicable duties and freight are paid. A $10 foreign document charge may also apply.

Why am I charged setup, screen, or die charges for custom printed products?
The setup charge applies to many orders for custom imprinted items and is charged for the labor necessary to calibrate the equipment or machinery to your specific requirements, such as color and size of the imprint.
The screen charge applies to the process of creating a silk screen or plate in order to apply your personalized imprint and colors onto the product. This is a one time only charge, unless the imprint changes.
The ribbon die charge applies to ribbon titles not in our stock inventory that will be created to your specifications. We retain the badge ribbon die for four years after each use.
What will I pay for shipping & handling charges?
Prices do not include shipping & handling charges. All advertising merchandise is shipped FOB origin - we prepay shipping cost and add to sales acknowledgement & invoice unless an alternate shipper account number is provided. Promotional materials are shipped either via Fed Ex, UPS or truck depending on weight, date needed and delivery location. Freight savings based on negotiated rates are another way MARCO saves you money.
We are no longer able to ship the following products outside of the approved territories listed below. This includes shipment destinations of a US bases or embassies. We are not able to make any exceptions at this time.
