  They are good and responsive but charged 500$ for 5 posters. Felt like a scam. Rush order cost is 87$ and 6.5$ for 1 square inch of poster.

  I had yet another exceptional experience at this FedEx location, thanks entirely to two truly outstanding employees: Thomas and Fajarah (forgive me if I’m misspelling). I walked in 8 months ago, worried about the multitude of printing jobs for my wedding, and then, they were attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me get exactly what I needed. This wasn’t surface-level customer service — they were meticulous in understanding my request, asked thoughtful clarifying questions, and made sure every detail was handled correctly. And this time, with another hefty printing job, they stayed late to ensure everything was completed properly, without a hint of rush or obligation. What really stood out most was the gift of their time. They were warm, insightful, and helped me manage my own irrational stress about the project — the kind of people who make you feel taken care of, not processed. Thomas and Fajarah are the kind of employees who quietly restore your faith in what customer service can be! FedEx is incredibly fortunate to have them. I left not only with my needs met, but with genuine gratitude for two people who clearly care about doing their jobs — and doing them well. If management is reading this: these two are absolute gems!

  While all the Fed Ex elves at this location were "merrily" aiding customers, one "elf" stuck out. "Thomas" (one of the elves) came from behind the counter to assist me. His personality exuded helpfulness, joy, and sincerity which is normally synonymous during this time of year - but after helping me to send my package off, I truly believe that Thomas keeps that "Holiday Spirit" throughout the year!! Happy Holidays to you Thomas, and the rest of the hardworking little elves at FedEx!!

  These guys were the best! I had extremely important files that needed to be printed and in a time sensitive manner. I was on the computer and out the door in 10 minutes! Absolutely amazing! They showed me exactly what to do. I will always come back here.
