- AMAsvnoyi M3 days ago5.0While all the Fed Ex elves at this location were "merrily" aiding customers, one "elf" stuck out. "Thomas" (one of the elves) came from behind the counter to assist me. His personality exuded helpfulness, joy, and sincerity which is normally synonymous during this time of year - but after helping me to send my package off, I truly believe that Thomas keeps that "Holiday Spirit" throughout the year!! Happy Holidays to you Thomas, and the rest of the hardworking little elves at FedEx!!
