- CMCynthia MarcolinaJun 20, 20253.0My usual mailman was off today & a younger guy was there I say in his 20's? I asked him if I should come back later to get my mail as he was still unloading. He made a snarky comment like "you see these boxes here right?" This was around 3:30 at Bellcourt Manor. All he had to say was "yes please come back later". Eric sometimes will hand me my mail or ask me to come back nicely. Eric is the best mailman I've ever know. Kid & dog friendly, nice, flexible & efficient. The guy here today could learn a thing or two from him.

The USPS 800 # customer service is useless. They just keep saying to call local post office. Wow what a disaster the USPS has become.
