Walk-in hours are middle of the week when kids are in school and both of the parents and child applicant have to be present to complete. We are two working parents with varying schedules and have scheduled appointments on Saturday’s during appointment window to ensure all family member’s are available/present. The appointments have been cancelled the morning of on multiple occasions because “the one and only trained person called out”. The person who notified us of the most recent cancellation seemed more concerned about having to call the 15 other appointment holders who will now need to reschedule rather than coming up with a solution to prevent this from continuing. I would not be surprised if the other 15 are in the same boat as us with multiple cancellations. Radical idea, train more than one person to process so you don’t have a single point of failure!

Experienced 2 unpleasant employees. 1 was a women with long lashes last month and today 10/21/2025 @ 11:45 a gentlemen with a mustache was very unwelcoming and rude. Stood quiet the whole transaction from the min I approached the counter till I left. No words and I had to ask if I was all set. I will not be returning to this location. If a person does not enjoy what they do the should consider quitting. Very unprofessional.

Anyways I scheduled a Redelivery and I waited and waited all day for the package not to come even tho I got a confirmation. I have been very patient and I called the po to see what was up and the lady did her job which was great but she seemed short with me even tho I was nice as if I was an inconvenience to her like it’s not my fault usps messed up on their end. She said it might be bc the package was too heavy for the delivery lady who was available which is ok! But they should have been in contact with me for updates. I got no texts or emails since it was confirmed
