    I was there on a Saturday around 1:30 p.m., and their sign said they were supposed to be open until 2:00 p.m. This is the SECOND TIME I walked there with packages only to have to return back with my packages because they were closed early. Closing 30 min. or more early is unacceptable, especially when having to mail heavy packages! Also, my mail has been sent to the wrong address a few times, where a neighbor had to deliver my mail to my apartment and slide it under my door. I've never experienced this before. I suggested an edit for their business hours because what's posted online and what's posted on their front door is not always followed. Some of the staff are nice, but having such huge mistakes with my mail and with the store being closed during their advertised business hours caused me to give them only 2 stars at this time.

    This post office can smush your packages into your mailbox like nobody's business! Sometimes you have to practically disassemble your mailbox to get them out! Highly recommend this post office if you need the best package smushing delivery people. Sometimes they even smush other people's packages in my mailbox!

    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from my local USPS office. I contacted them regarding a recurring issue where my packages have been delivered to the wrong address multiple times over the past few months. Instead of acknowledging the repeated mistakes or offering a real solution, the manager, Ms. Kandi, told me that I “should have alerted USPS when it first happened” and that I “should give the driver grace because people make mistakes.” I completely understand that mistakes happen — once or twice. But when the same mistake continues to happen repeatedly for months, it is no longer a simple oversight. It is a sign of negligence and lack of attention to detail. My expectation was that USPS would take responsibility, review the delivery route, and correct the issue, not shift the blame onto me for not reporting it sooner. As a customer relying on mail and packages for important items, I deserve consistent, reliable service. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and that proper steps are taken to ensure my address is verified and deliveries are made correctly going forward

    Do not use this location for processing child passports. Walk-in hours are middle of the week when kids are in school and both of the parents and child applicant have to be present to complete. We are two working parents with varying schedules and have scheduled appointments on Saturday’s during appointment window to ensure all family member’s are available/present. The appointments have been cancelled the morning of on multiple occasions because “the one and only trained person called out”. The person who notified us of the most recent cancellation seemed more concerned about having to call the 15 other appointment holders who will now need to reschedule rather than coming up with a solution to prevent this from continuing. I would not be surprised if the other 15 are in the same boat as us with multiple cancellations. Radical idea, train more than one person to process so you don’t have a single point of failure!

    Very unprofessional customer service at this location. Experienced 2 unpleasant employees. 1 was a women with long lashes last month and today 10/21/2025 @ 11:45 a gentlemen with a mustache was very unwelcoming and rude. Stood quiet the whole transaction from the min I approached the counter till I left. No words and I had to ask if I was all set. I will not be returning to this location. If a person does not enjoy what they do the should consider quitting. Very unprofessional.
