- KBKaitlin BrownApr 19, 20231.0DO NOT go here for a passport!! I showed up with the correct forms to get a new passport, and the guy gave me different forms to fill out. I got my old passport back in the mail 3 months later with a letter saying that they couldn’t complete my request because I had sent the wrong forms. I had to call to get an appointment to get a new passport on the spot because I have travel within 2 weeks, and they told me what forms I had to fill out. Turns out they were the forms I showed up with! So now I have to take a day off of work to drive 6 hours to go get a new expedited passport which costs and additional $60, and these people won’t do anything about it. I have all this stress and extra time and expense put into this because this guy messed up, and they will not even reimburse me for the extra cost or even the money I already paid for the first attempt! If you need a passport, definitely go somewhere else. You won’t regret it.
