- SJSilvia JonesMar 5, 20221.0I have an online business and have learned the hard way that if you want to make sure this PO will not “lose” your outgoing package you must walk in, hand it over, ask them to scan it and Get A Receipt. They’ve “lost” 3 of my packages in one week. When I called after the first one was never scanned, I got a gentleman that said, “You dropped it off Monday? Well it could be anywhere that was like a week ago.” It was Friday. The USPS website help center did a trace and the package never left the post office. I’ll be using UPS from now on.
