  The staff at this store was so nice to me and my son the other day, they helped us ship out our Easter presents efficiently and were so kind to us both. We witnessed a man throw what can be only described as a tantrum because he wanted to ship something that UPS doesn’t allow to be shipped, he then threatened the staff with legal issues and has since left a nasty, fraudulent review. I will always choose UPS for their great shipping and fantastic staff, and I feel like others should too!

  Looks like I'll be adding to the mess of this company. Customer service at the store is "F-". Employee was rude, I attempted to speak to the manager who was just dumbfounded that the employee talked to me like that. The manager has no idea how to respond. So I asked for the store manager, who happened to be there to. The store manager was more concerned with shipment instead of the way his employee spoke to me and when I asked for the store managers name and number, he told me to leave it he was calling the cops. I pulled out my camera to film it and he then refused to identify himself and insisted I leave. I called the Labtrobe store to see who I can call to file a complaint, to the owner answering the phone. They own Irwin, Greensburg, & Latrobe I think he said. Explained what happened to him and he was more concerned with telling me about his audio and video recording on the property than what the employee and management did. I asked him to pull the footage and he deflected again. Tired of the disrespect of business owners.I will never go to any of the 3 locations again and select print shipping label for your returns and drop them off at a pickup location box. Dealing with the rude customer service and the ignorance of management and the owner. To me, it seems like the owner of these franchise stores has the same wonderful business philosophy that UPS has. Give us your money we don't care! Good luck dealing with this store. But from the rest of the comments I see everybody has the same experiences. Follow up. After I go done writing my review I read through other reviews and other sites and I found not the same individual that disrespected me, has had other complaints against her. I spoke with Chad who claimed he was the owner of those three franchise stores, and he said that is not the case and tried once again pushing the problem back on me. After I asked for his attorney's information he told me to call UPS and hung up on me. Again, I highly recommend against Greensburg Latrobe or Erwin UPS stores. Remember the UPS stores are not owned by UPS they are owned by individual franchisees, and the person who owns these three is named Chad.
