- DRD Reneetoday3.0I’m giving 3 stars today because I do receive a TON of packages & I send a ton & until recently I haven’t had any issues plus I am a huge supporter of the USPS, I rarely have anything negative to say but I’m losing my patience with this office lately. I will say I have way bigger problems with other deliveries & I’m not sure why because my house is clearly marked but the last few months I’ve had several packages delivered to other homes within my neighborhood & I either find them @ a neighbors or I see posts on social media from the people who have my package or I never locate them & have to fight to get a refund or replacement. The addresses my packages are delivered to are on the same street but not even remotely close to being similar house #’s so I’m not sure what’s going on but I hope the carrier(s) can be more careful. The most recent package said it was delivered to my actual mailbox several days ago but it was actually left at a house across the street from our neighborhoods cluster boxes. I wouldn’t have even written a review but the gentleman at the window is so miserable & short with me & clearly doesn’t want to help me so I decided to voice my concerns here. I will happily update if things improve because mistakes will be made but how they’re handled is what’s important!
