- GMGwen MeansNov 8, 20221.0I had a note in my mailbox saying that insured mail was not delivered because no one was home. I have a camera on my door and no one came to my house and rang the doorbell!!! If they had I would've had a video of them at my door.

They claim that they’ve had “problems” with people stealing packages from my address(an apartment building) but I have never had a single issue with anything delivered UPS or FedEx. They are very rude on the phone and do not seem willing to help. Also I understand that government offices have weird or limited hours sometimes but they close at 3:30pm every week day after also being closed an hour for lunch.
