They called last week to say the system shows the service was cancelled. (How is it canceled when we receive an email showing us the pieces of mail being forwarded somewhere, certainly not my new address) Then the person says they are going to look into the situation and give us a call in 48 hours, and of course no one called. WHERE IS MY MAIL? Despicable place!
