- GMgrayleigh marieAug 22, 20251.0I have been living in glen rock for almost 8 years now and the mail service has always been horrible! Things get lost and gift cards sent by my family seem to just “disappear” and end up getting marked at delivered when they never arrive!!!! These mail people are just LAZY!!!! I’ll get a notification saying my package or item has been delivered and it’s no where to be seen and ends up being delivered hours or days later. Packages are SHOVED in the mailbox because they are too lazy to walk up to my front porch. If they can just barely fit a package in my mailbox even if it means the item ends up damaged they don’t care and will just shove it in the mailbox. It’s horrible and they are SO FREAKING LAZY!!!! Get your crap together! You are literally getting paid to do it!!!!

Here it is 7/11 late afternoon and post office still has not picked up and there is no apparent way to talk to a live person at this post office. What good is a tracking number if there is noone there to find out why item is not moving along?!!?

I have been waiting for a package as I just had a total knee replacement. They deliver my mail but not my package because they stated my foot not door and driveway weren’t accessible. So USPS is also giving me that same BS. I was home all day and the pet store delivers a HUGE bag of dog food to my front door no problem. This GLEN ROCK, USPO has to be one of the worst in the country. How many times does you have to complain about this lying before the actually fix the problem. I will be their first thing Monday morning. I am sick of this BS and the lazy carrier.
