I proceeded to say my email shows that my package was delivered yesterday. At the same time Pam walked away right to my package picked it up and stated there was a $5.00 pick up fee. Wait What??? Says who because that is not on any website or my receipt. I will never go back there again. She lied was rude and dismissed me.

I didn't understand the kiosk thing cause I still had to close my packages. I waited in line patiently, went up to her with my laundry basket full of returns. She was super helpful, showing me how to use the clear tracking paper envelopes and closing everything up. Very pleasant the whole time. I must say it was cold in there though! She said her heater wasn't working properly. And, 1 of the kiosks was down too. Its really hard to get your fingers to do what they are supposed to when they are very cold. I really hope someone is able to fix the heat for her soon!
