  The disgruntled former owner is gone so that is good....BUT I was just quoted $485 to ship a package! I seriously thought that they would be cheaper since it was a larger package. Boy was I wrong! USPS did it for $179! I have the quote and the receipt to back my claim. Shop around!!! This place is insanely overinflated with their rates.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. You have a contact with Amazon to return. I come in with an item (quantity of 2) to return in which Amazon gave me 1 return qr code. The female employee tells me I cannot do this and need a 2nd QR code. Amazon states boxes next to the QR code. She tells me I need to work with Amazon or buy a box and there's nothing she can do. I asked of we can just tape them together? She says she can't. I said okay then I'll buy tape and do it. She was dumbfounded that I didn't just walk away and go home. What is wrong with people? Why do you work in customer service if you want to be miserable and not help people. I'm sure that's not what The UPS store really wants in an employee. Do better! And of you don't want to work with Amazon for returns, then don't. But don't make it difficult for people. I will NEVER return to a UPS store. Sadly, this is why brick and mortar is dying.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful with my Verizon and Amazon returns. They even knew one of the customers by name when he walked in!

  Please update your hours of operation. Also consider those other essential workers that can never make it during these hours. More availability would be appreciated.
