Constantly claiming they attempted to deliver packages that fit in mailbox. Other times saying they delivered it so it looks like they are delivering on time. Just moved to the area, worst post office ever

Always delivers our mail just fine. Never had a bad mail carrier, but on the days when Wade does our route, I can't help but be charmed by his friendliness. We recently had an issue where a mail carrier clipped my brother's truck mirror while he was visiting. We were out walking around town and the whole incident had to be discussed and remedied over the phone. Most awkward. However, I'm not going to deduct a star because it was handled quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. The thing is, things happen, and I think it's better to judge based on response to the inevitable, than to be angry that someone isn't perfect.

Scheduled a passport appt ahead of time online only to arrive early, wait in line and be told “we’re running behind so you’ll have to schedule a new appointment”. What is the purpose of an appointment if it does not guarantee service? Passports are time sensitive and being dismissed without assistance was very disappointing. Update: scheduled another appt, arrived on time only to be told that the passport agent was gone for the day and generally doesn’t stay past 12:30 despite appoints being available into the evening. Go anywhere else if you need a passport.

Dropped off mail with prepaid tracking on a Sunday, here it is Thursday morning and still hasnt' been scanned. Called local number and no one ever picked up, auto transferred to operator which rang for 4 minutes before ringing off the hook and ending call. No wonder everyone hates the USPS and Govt workers.
