Dropped off mail with prepaid tracking on a Sunday, here it is Thursday morning and still hasnt' been scanned. Called local number and no one ever picked up, auto transferred to operator which rang for 4 minutes before ringing off the hook and ending call. No wonder everyone hates the USPS and Govt workers.

The mail carriers need to pay attention to the names on the mail a little more. I continue to get mail in my mailbox that is clearly marked with another address. I understand there is a lot of mail to deliver, but come on some of the mail I receive is for an address way different than mine. Makes me wonder if other people are getting my mail and I don't know it.

Everyone working there is ignorant and imcompetent! They have no knowledge whatsoever when it comes to holding mail, changing an address and mailing a package. Not to mention the postmaster....A five year old child would be better!
