- JWJustin Webb6 days ago1.0i had $95 stolen from my checking account from this company even after weeks of requested account deletion and i find out today they stole $95, police and lawyers are involved now and i will be going above and beyond to get my money back, i asked my debit card be deleted it was not, lots of illegal actions and i will go after this company for it. i hope the company finds themselves in deep water after this. i had to file a police report due to the stolen debit card this company STOLE FROM ME. i will be PRESSING CHARGES

I signed up for it in Sam’s Club in Gaithersburg Md. The Man that helped me name was Raul. I was charged $42 and never once did I receive water, they were suppose to come 9/12 but kept rescheduling it and gaslighting me to believe it was coming that day all for it to not show up at all. This went on until the 3rd time they tried and I requested a refund. They claimed at first I was never charged but I have records I was charged that day in Sam’s Club. Never received a refund and they are giving me the run around. This company is clearly a scam. I went with another water company and it was delivered the next day! I will report this everywhere because this is not okay. My mother has a condition where she needs water! This was extremely horrible to go through and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I have yet to even get my money back and never had any water delivered.

I work, so I will actually have to leave work early to get water for the month. There is no actual phone number to the Ready Refresh store. Wish you all could be open more.
