The carrier should be fired this place is an absolute joke and pain to deal with. Currently on hold to speak with a representative to open a case against the carrier.

Called post office and they can’t find them and have no idea where they were delivered. Won’t reimburse money because packages weren’t insured. Never had option of insuring packages at checkout.
