Instead of politely suggesting that I come back at another time he simply stated "I can't help you!" and turned his back on me. The lack of customer service is simply unbelievable. It doesn't take much to be polite to people, but apparently that is beyond this employees ability.

Twice our W2's for taxes went to somebody else's address. I have complained and complained over the years, and it still happens at least once every two weeks. Very aggravating! and they won't do anything about this problem.
