She refuses to help with 2 different major shipment issues. Thinking she runs the entire post office and has final say for things that are well above and beyond her. Ignorance by definition. She actually gave her office a 5 star review after another customer has reported the same short comings. Pathetic. She deserves less because of lack of customer service skills. I am sure another anonymous 5 star review will follow ours.
